Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when and how you may receive a refund for payments made for CallBro subscriptions and related services (the "Service"). This policy forms part of, and is subject to, our Terms of Service.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a paid CallBro subscription for the first time, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial payment.

This guarantee applies once per account and covers:

  • The first monthly subscription payment for a paid plan.

To request a refund under this guarantee, contact us at contact@callbro.ai within the 14-day period. If approved, your subscription will be cancelled and the amount refunded to the original payment method.

2. EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 dayswithout giving any reason, subject to applicable law.

To exercise this right, send a clear refund request to contact@callbro.ai before the 14-day period expires.

If you expressly requested immediate access to the Service after purchase and then exercise your right of withdrawal, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the portion of the Service already provided where permitted by law.

3. Subscription Renewals

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in advance. Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, except where:

  • Applicable law requires a refund.
  • A duplicate charge or billing error occurred.

To avoid renewal charges, you must cancel your subscription before the renewal date. If you cancel, you will retain access through the end of your already paid billing period.

4. Upgrades and Downgrades

If you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, the charge associated with the upgrade is non-refundable once the upgraded access has been activated.

If you downgrade or cancel, the change may take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refund or partial credit is provided for unused time unless required by law.

5. Service Availability and Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical or billing error, contact us and we will review the issue promptly. Where we confirm an incorrect charge, we will refund the incorrect amount.

Material service interruptions may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for account credit or other appropriate remedy, but unless required by law, they do not automatically entitle you to a cash refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

Please email contact@callbro.ai and include:

  • The email address associated with your CallBro account.
  • The date and amount of the charge.
  • A brief description of the reason for your request.

We aim to acknowledge refund requests within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 10 business days, although more complex cases may take longer.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times depend on your payment provider and may take several business days after approval.

Refunds are generally issued in the same currency as the original transaction. We are not responsible for exchange-rate differences, bank fees, or intermediary charges applied by your payment provider.

8. When Refunds May Be Denied

We may deny a refund request where permitted by law, including if:

  • The request is submitted outside the applicable refund window.
  • The payment relates to a renewal charge outside any mandatory refund right.
  • The account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
  • We reasonably believe the refund process is being abused.
  • A chargeback has already been initiated for the same payment.

9. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a charge that is also under internal review, we may suspend access to your paid subscription while the dispute is pending. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue directly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.
